Anti Wrinkle Prices
Injections use prescription-only medication and so you are required to meet with the prescriber ahead of any treatment taking place.
Wrinkle Relaxation
Anti-wrinkle injections use small, carefully placed amounts of Botulinum Toxin Type A to temporarily relax selected facial muscles. By reducing the repeated muscle contractions responsible for expression lines, treatments can soften the appearance of existing wrinkles and help prevent them from becoming more pronounced.
Treatment is commonly used for areas such as forehead lines, frown lines between the brows and crow’s feet around the eyes. The aim is not to change your appearance, but to create a smoother, fresher and more rested look while maintaining natural facial expression.
Results develop gradually following treatment and will vary from person to person. The effects typically last around 3–4 months, although longevity can depend on the individual, treatment area and muscle activity.
As anti-wrinkle treatments use a prescription-only medicine, you are required to attend a face-to-face consultation with our prescribing doctor at Little Vines Clinic at least 4 days before your treatment. Prescriber clinics are held approximately once a month, so we recommend getting in touch in advance to find out the next available consultation dates.
Following treatment, your results will be reviewed within 10 to 14 days. Occasionally, an adjustment may be recommended depending on your individual response and treatment plan. Full repeat treatments are generally spaced around 3–4 months apart, in accordance with your prescriber and practitioner’s clinical advice.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal Fillers used in Little Vines Clinic contain Hyaluronic acid which occurs naturally in the body they may also contain lidocaine. Small deposits of dermal filler can show immediate results, redefining volume, restoring contour, adding a little fullness and plumping to the lips can all restore a more youthful appearance and give a real boost to confidence.

Polynucleotides
If your primary aim is to improve tone, firmness, and elasticity through collagen stimulation, polynucleotides may be the right treatment for you. Containing DNA fragments derived from salmon & trout sperm cells. When injected superficially into the skin these DNA sections re-metabolise the signal sending mechanics for the skin cells in order to activate the fibroblast production to boost elastin & collagen. This is a fantastic treatment for targeting dull skin & dark circles under your eyes.

Pre Treatment Advice
- No saunas, sunbeds etc for 72 hours pre treatment

Stop using any Retinol Creams 2 weeks pre treatment

Avoid excessive exercise 24 hours pre treatment

Avoid alcohol 24 hrs before treatment

No caffeine or stimulants before your treatment, but stay well hydrated.
- Travel – Please discuss timings as there maybe limitations when you can fly.
Post Treatment Advice
- Avoid excessive exercise 24 hours post treatment
- Sleep on your back if possible the night after your treatment with a clean pillowcase.
- No: Sunbeds, Saunas, avoid sun exposure for 72 hours
- No other treatments can be carried out for at least 2 weeks on the area treated including Derma pen, Microneedling, Chemical Peel
- Bruising and swelling is common with any injectable treatment. Any adverse reactions must be reported to little vines immediately.
